DMCA and content removal
fan-nude.com is a directory of creators on subscription platforms. We do not host subscriber content, and we never publish leaked or paywalled material. Each listing is built from what a creator shows publicly on their own profile page: display name, bio excerpt, profile picture, prices. If something on this site should not be here, this page explains how to get it removed.
Where to send your request
Email [email protected] with "DMCA" or "Removal" in the subject line. One email can cover several pages. Please do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents.
Creators: remove or correct your listing
If you are the creator featured on a page and you want it taken down or corrected, write to us from an address we can link to you, or tell us how to confirm the account is yours (for example a short code posted in your public bio). Include the URL of the page. We remove the listing, its image and the links pointing to it, without asking you for a reason.
Rights holders: copyright notice (DMCA)
If you own the rights to an image or text shown on this site and did not authorize its use, send a notice containing:
- Your full name, postal address, phone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on fan-nude.com where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
A notice missing one of these elements may delay the process, so we will ask you to complete it. Knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes your rights can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Personal data: right to erasure (GDPR)
Anyone can ask us to delete personal data concerning them under Article 17 of the GDPR, whether or not a copyright is involved. Tell us which page and which information are concerned. We delete it or explain in writing why a legal exception applies.
Counter-notice
If content you published was removed following a notice and you believe it was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It should identify the removed material and its former URL, include a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, your name, address and phone number, your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court, and your signature.
What happens next
- Acknowledgement: within 48 hours.
- Removal or decision: within 10 business days once the request is complete.
- Search engines: after removal, the page returns an error and we ask search engines to drop it. Their caches can take a few days to update.
Accounts, content and moderation on OnlyFans, Fanvue, MYM or any other platform are handled by that platform. For content hosted there, contact the platform directly.
